The fee structure varies depending on the size of the group, size and type of vehicle needed, duration of the tour, and the actual itinerary. Also, please take into account that food and lodging for the tour group, as well as the guide (and the bus driver if you are a larger group) when staying overnight outside the greater Jerusalem area, is not included in the basic fees. Once we have come to an agreement as to the itinerary and tour dates, a non-refundable deposit of 25% will be required in order to secure my services. This payment can be made by check and mailed to me or made by bank transfer to my account. An additional non-refundable 25% payment will be required 6 weeks before the tour. Final payment will be at the conclusion of the tour. Payment at the conclusion of the tour can be made with either cash or a personal U.S. dollar check. If you decide to pay any of the payments by check, there will be a 3% surcharge due to Israeli banking fees.
I recommend acquiring travel insurance which covers all losses due to trip cancellation.
