Services:
My services include planning and building the itinerary, making all site reservations, and of course guiding your personalized tour. Reservations for hotel or other accommodations are available as part of my regular services.
A standard touring day is 10 hours. Standard mileage with my van is 200 km per day, cumulative.  There will be charges for overtime and excess mileage.
When staying overnight outside the greater Jerusalem area, you will be required to provide for my food and lodging (as well as for the bus driver if you are a larger group).

Fees:
The fee structure varies depending on the size of the group, size and type of vehicle needed, duration of the tour, and the actual itinerary.

Deposit:
Once we have come to an agreement as to the basic itinerary and tour dates, a non-refundable deposit of 25% will be required in order to secure my services.  This payment can be made by check and mailed to me or made by bank transfer to my account.  I recommend acquiring travel insurance, which covers losses due to trip cancellation.

Terms of Payment:
An additional non-refundable 25% payment will be required 6 weeks before the tour.  Final payment will be at the conclusion of the tour.
Payment at the conclusion of the tour can be made with either cash or a personal U.S. dollar check.

Surcharge:
Due to Israeli banking fees, there will be a 3% surcharge on any deposit or payment made by check.

Bar/Bat Mitzvah and other special occasion tours:
I can arrange for:
Kotel, Mearat Hamachpela, or other locations for prayer service
Exotic party locations (boat on Kinneret, Eretz Bereishit, desert and more)
Catering or restaurants
Hall and table decorations (flowers, balloons and more)
Photographer
Videographer
Music
Makeup, manicure, pedicure and hairstyling

11 passenger van:
My van is a Mercedes Sprinter.  It can accommodate 11 passengers plus me.  The van has separate front and rear air conditioning units, a DVD player, and an electric step for easier access.

Bus tours:
Buses generally come in 3 sizes; 20 seats, 35 seats, and 50 seats. I work directly with some of the best drivers and companies in the field.

Weather:
Weather varies from day to day and from location to location.  Here is a link you can use to check the long- range weather forecast for your trip: www.weather-it-is-israel.com
